  • Language Quality: Ensure the manuscript is well-edited, grammatically correct, and free of typos. We recommend professional editing before submission.

Submission Process

  • How to Submit:

    • Email submissions to [email protected].

    • Subject line: “Book Submission: [Title] – [Fiction/Non-Fiction/Genre]” or “Chapter Submission: [Chapter Title] – [Book Title]”.

    • Attach all materials as separate files (cover letter, synopsis/abstract, sample chapters/full manuscript).

    • File size limit: 10 MB per attachment. For larger files, use a secure file-sharing link.

  • Unsolicited Submissions: Due to high volume, Synsto Publications does not accept unsolicited manuscripts or chapters. We recommend working with a literary agent or responding to specific calls for submissions posted on our website.

  • Review Timeline: We aim to acknowledge receipt within 2 weeks. Initial review may take 8–12 weeks. If selected, further review and editorial feedback may follow.

  • Response: If you do not hear from us within 6 months, please assume we are unable to move forward with your project. We cannot provide individual feedback due to submission volume.

Editorial and Ethical Standards

  • Peer Review: Academic and scholarly works undergo rigorous peer review to ensure quality, accuracy, and originality.

  • Ethics: We adhere to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines. Authors must declare any conflicts of interest, ensure research complies with the Declaration of Helsinki (for human subjects), and obtain ethics committee approval where applicable.

  • Plagiarism: All submissions are screened for originality. Plagiarism or duplicate submission will result in rejection and potential notification of relevant parties.

  • Open Access: Select titles and chapters may be published open access, freely accessible online, with authors retaining certain rights under a Creative Commons license. Details are provided upon acceptance.

Additional Notes

  • Target Audience: Clearly identify your intended readership (e.g., general readers, academics, professionals, young adults) in your cover letter.

  • Multiple Submissions: Submit only one project at a time. Wait for a response before submitting additional works.

  • Agented Submissions: We welcome submissions from literary agents, following the same guidelines.
